Duration:  12+ Months 
Location: Remote, Oakland - CA
Pay Range: $50 to $55/hour on W2

This role is responsible for leading comprehensive Business Impact Analysis assessments to understand the critical functions of an organization. You will collaborate with various teams to define recovery objectives and support enterprise-wide resilience efforts. The position requires driving projects, facilitating discussions, and delivering recommendations to enhance operational preparedness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead enterprise-wide Business Impact Analysis projects.
  • Facilitate workshops to identify critical business functions and dependencies.
  • Determine and document recovery time and point objectives.
  • Analyze end-to-end business processes and technology dependencies.
  • Translate assessment findings into actionable recovery recommendations.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven ability to lead complex Business Impact Analysis projects.
  • Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Domain / Industry Experience:
Experience in enterprise resilience, disaster recovery, or business continuity planning within a large organization is preferred.
