JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead strategic business growth and develop new product categories aligned with Mailchimp's innovative vision.
- This role involves active prospecting and establishment of new partner relationships to build a sustained pipeline for business opportunities, managing the entire lifecycle of strategic partnerships to contribute to revenue and strategic goals, and employing market intelligence to leverage evolving digital landscape opportunities.
- Assist in the development of new business and product categories, aligning with Mailchimp’s vision.
- Prospect and engage new partner relationships focusing on tangible revenue goals and creating a sustainable business development pipeline.
- Oversee the lifecycle of strategic partnerships, including identification, negotiation, execution, and ongoing management.
- Employ a data-driven approach for market intelligence and analysis to identify and seize market opportunities.
- Utilize exceptional negotiation and communication skills for deal closures and complex idea communication across stakeholders.
- A minimum of 7 years in business development or partnerships in the technology industry.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical ability to translate market trends into actionable strategies.
