JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Develop new product categories in line with Mailchimp's innovation vision, consistently engaging product teams for strategic alignment.
  • Demonstrate technical product expertise by providing essential guidance internally and externally, ensuring alignment in partner strategies.
  • Manage the lifecycle of strategic partnerships from identification to execution, focusing on contributions to revenue and strategic goals.
  • Conduct market intelligence and analysis to identify opportunities in the digital landscape, driven by a data-informed approach.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, working closely with product development, engineering, and sourcing teams to align strategies effectively.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
  • Over 7 years of experience in business development or partnerships within the tech industry, ideally with product partnerships focus.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas effectively across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Strong analytical mindset, able to translate market trends into actionable business strategies, with a proven record of strategic and innovative thinking.
  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA preferred.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
