The ideal candidate will be part of a supportive engineering team, addressing approximately 700 weekly tickets as the first line of defense and playing a crucial role in analyzing customer issues to improve overall service quality. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and analyze customer support tickets to identify pain points.
- Use SQL for querying and Tableau or similar tools for data visualization and analysis.
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards for real-time data tracking.
- Collaborate with various teams to route issues for proper triage.
- Utilize AWS QuickSight among other tools for data analysis projects.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables.
- 5+ years of expertise in writing complex SQL Queries.
- Experience in creating and managing automated dashboards.
