JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a liaison between the business community and IT organization to deliver technical solutions.
- Analyze and understand business operations to identify automation opportunities.
- Redesign and document business processes as needed for the adoption of new technologies.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for IT implementation.
- Facilitate communication between business units and IT throughout project lifecycles to ensure successful implementation.
