Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Sanctions Analytics & Compliance Specialist to join our compliance team, focusing on enhancing our compliance strategy through advanced data analysis and staying at the forefront of industry regulations. The ideal candidate will build and maintain Tableau dashboards, monitor anomalies, and collaborate across teams to ensure the effective use of data in decision-making. You'll transform complex datasets into actionable insights, design and track KPIs, and communicate findings to enhance our compliance measures.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the compliance team to analyze data and identify improvement opportunities in our strategy.
Build, standardize, and improve Tableau visualizations for in-depth data analysis.
Proactively monitor, detect, and alert on data anomalies in collaboration with Policy and Ops teams.
Define requirements and maintain data pipelines, ensuring reliable data for stakeholders.
Engage in cross-functional collaborations to address and resolve product-related issues, update on ecosystem health, and enhance risk prevention capabilities.

Must-Have Skills:

Proficient in Tableau and other visualization tools.
Extensive experience with SQL and data analysis.
Strong knowledge of sanctions compliance and relevant regulations (FinCEN, OFAC).

Industry Experience Required:

Experience in fields related to cybersecurity, e-commerce, finance, or similar domains where compliance and data analytics are critical.0
