Job Summary:

This dynamic role focuses on translating complex business requirements into scalable automation solutions, optimizing processes through automation, and developing data pipelines to support analytics. The successful candidate will lead the analysis of business processes, design, document, and implement advanced automation solutions, and provide ongoing support and training to process owners. Innovation, collaboration, and a deep understanding of process documentation are key to driving efficiency and productivity across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively across various teams to identify and translate business requirements into technical specifications for automation.
  • Design, document (AS-IS and TO-BE processes), and develop Process Design Documents (PDDs) for RPA and/or APA solutions.
  • Lead optimization and standardization efforts to improve efficiency and meet the business's evolving needs.
  • Support testing and implementation phases, ensuring solutions meet quality standards and business requirements.
  • Stay updated with industry trends in automation and data tools, contributing to knowledge sharing and innovation within the team.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong knowledge in programming languages such as Python and SQL.
  • Proven experience in process documentation and optimization.
  • Advanced expertise in Excel and familiarity with data analytics tools like Alteryx.

Industry Experience Required:

  • Experience in HR processes and familiarity with systems like Workday and ADP preferred.

This role is designed for a dynamic and innovative individual looking to make a significant impact in a fully remote setting, ideally based in San Diego, Mountain View, or Atlanta, open to potential future conversion.
