Location: San Diego or Mountain View CA (Hybrid) 
Pay Range: $60.00 - $70.00 Per Hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to lead the development of key metrics and data pipelines that inform strategies for the company's brand and Education initiatives. This role involves creating actionable insights through advanced analytics to shape organizational strategy and improve market position. Ideal candidates will possess the ability to communicate complex data in a clear manner to influence decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and reporting dashboards for operational and exploratory analysis.
  • Utilize advanced analytical approaches to gauge the impact of marketing activities and inform strategies.
  • Produce actionable analyses to influence strategy across product, marketing, and programs for Intuit Education.
  • Promote best practices for data reporting, visualization, interpretation, and integrity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on analytics projects, ensuring data quality and accessibility.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and statistical modeling.
  • Strong experience in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Qlik Sense.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex data insights to non-technical audiences.

Industry Experience:

  • 5+ years in a data analytics role, preferably supporting marketing and web analytics within the Education or similar sector.
  • Familiarity with market mix modeling, multi-touch attribution, and web/product analytics is highly valued.
