Pay Range: $60.00 - $70.00 Per Hour  

Job Summary:
We are searching for an innovative Automation Solutions Designer to leverage a blend of business analysis, process optimization, and technical skills to transform and automate business processes across multiple teams and geographies. The ideal candidate will lead the documentation of current processes, the development of scalable automation solutions, and the implementation and training for process owners. This role emphasizes continuous collaboration, optimization, and alignment with best practices to meet business needs and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate across teams to translate business requirements into automation solutions.
  • Document "AS-IS" and "TO-BE" processes, creating Process Design Documents (PDDs) for RPA and/or APA development.
  • Design and develop data processing pipelines and support testing and implementation of solutions.
  • Train process owners on automated solutions and collaborate with the Automation COE for best practice alignment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, share knowledge, and develop presentations showcasing automation success.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience in business process mapping and optimization.
  • Proficient in data analytics tools (e.g., Alteryx) and programming (SQL, Python).
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization.

Industry Experience Required: HR process and systems experience (Workday, ADP) preferred but not mandatory. Experience in industries undergoing significant digital transformation will be beneficial.

This position is a hybrid role, based in either San Diego, CA, or Atlanta, GA.
