JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with campaign managers and design to ensure scalable and effective reporting solutions
- Identify opportunities for personalized customer experiences and lead discussions on test strategies and marketing campaign effectiveness
- Create learning and measurement plans, build reports, and automate analytics for new products and initiatives
- Utilize data-driven insights to provide ongoing recommendations to leadership
- Define metrics and track data for experiments and campaigns
- 5 years of experience in marketing analytics or customer experience analytics
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, A/B Testing, and Data Visualization
- Familiarity with Marketing Analytics Tools and programming languages/stats packages
