Pay Range: $65.00 - $71.00 per hour on W2

JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an IT Operations Improvement Analyst to enhance our IT operations efficiency across the company. The successful candidate will offer consultative advice to management, conduct in-depth analyses of our current IT hardware, software, and services, and spearhead the implementation of effective IT solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills to drive IT policy, structural, and operational improvements.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyze and improve information technology operations, offering consultative advice to management.
Conduct hardware, software, and services analyses to identify improvement areas.
Perform problem-solving to develop solutions for detected issues and monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
Carry out cost-benefit analyses and other relevant IT analyses.
Create project plans for IT development and testing, and translate requirements into project specifications.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Highly proficient in SQL, Python/R, Tableau, AWS Athena, and using RedShift as well as Experimentation (A/B testing).
5+ years of experience working with web analytics, customer care analytics, or product analytics
Experience in defining metrics and instrumenting data tracking
Presentation and report-making skills to leadership

Domain or Industry Experience: Experience in web analytics, customer care analytics, product analytics, or a related field is required. Candidate should have a strong background in IT analysis and improvement strategies within a corporate setting.
