JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Champion a best in class service experience by using analytics, business acumen and strategic understanding of the data sources and confidently deliver their interpretation and recommendations for improvement to both internal and partner stakeholders.
Drive self-serve and data literacy - implement and standardize metrics and decision tools
(dashboards, reports) leveraging Tableau or other data visualization tools.
Solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems with deep customer focus, applying advanced
analytical methods as needed., recommendation systems, sequential pattern discovery, and text mining
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Experience with quality / productivity analytics and / or customer behavioral analytics. Experience in contact center analytics a plus.
SQL skills to perform data aggregation and segmentation from scratch; experience working with granular web clickstream data is a plus.
Knowledge with tools used to analyze, manipulate and visualize datasets (e.g. Excel, Sheets, Splunk, Tableau, Qlik).
