Job Summary:
As a Brand Protection Analyst for Cisco, you'll play a crucial role in safeguarding the brand's integrity by managing tools and processes for investigations and ensuring the accuracy of data at all times. You'll collaborate closely with both internal and external stakeholders to execute duties efficiently, backed by your analytical prowess and excellent communication skills. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining the brand’s reputation by timely and accurate handling of inquiries, conducting sales document audits, and producing insightful reports for investigations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prompt handling of inquiries to the Brand Protection team, maintaining accurate records and follow-through until task completion.
- Conduct sales document audits, verify data, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Generate datasets and reports for investigation purposes using system reporting tools, ensuring data accuracy.
- Review large volumes of data, summarizing key points for easier analysis and decision-making.
- Clearly articulate tasks, steps, and outcomes; maintain strong communication throughout the process.
- Proficient in data analysis and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Experience in audit, finance, or accounting (3+ years).
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Prior experience in a role requiring brand protection or related field preferred.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, analytical thinker with a strong background in audit, finance, or accounting and excellent data analysis skills.
