Summary:
We are seeking a Technical Analyst to support the Entertainment Television Production Technology team in developing innovative solutions for episodic television production. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency and insight across multiple facets of production including post-production, finance, and creative affairs. The ideal candidate will bring analytical prowess and technical skills to enhance our system's functionality and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead meetings to gather requirements and demonstrate system functionality to business users.
• Conduct detailed data analysis using SQL databases, multidimensional databases, or Excel.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and provide first-line user support.
• Develop, execute, and document test cases, including application and web testing.
• Create and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficient in SQL and Excel for advanced data analysis and validation.
• Experience with testing methodologies and tools (JIRA preferred) for different stages of application testing.
• Strong ability to analyze requirements and convert them into technical specifications.

Domain Experience Required:
Experience in television production technology, post-production, or related entertainment media fields is highly beneficial for this role.
