JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a primary contact for stakeholders, gathering requirements, and providing solutions.
- Ensure thorough documentation of internal processes and solutions.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams regarding progress and resolutions.
- Handle and resolve simple to moderate customer or product issues independently.
- Collaborate on developing technical solutions that align with company specifications and future goals.
- Experience in writing complex SQL Queries.
- Experience working on Complex Data Models and Data Warehousing.
- Proficient with Data Visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, PowerBI).
- Experience in Project Management.
- Experience with Jira and ServiceNow
- Solid understanding of SDLC, Security, and Compliance best practices.
