JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Determining the criticality of the requests , researching the market trends on tools in the area, working with the requester to understand the ask and subsequently building the use case to approve or reject the request
• Evaluate the existing software tools in the HR Category to establish guidelines, ensure data accuracy and consistency between systems.
• Research on software that requires analysis, compare alternatives and adobe products, understand business needs to determine the status, update Zylo to maintain revised information on all software in the HR Category.
• Work with Content Management team to publish content on Client's store to ensure employees can request standard software without hassle
• As a business analyst work with teams across board and define process documents with flow diagrams where needed. Microsoft powerpoint skills is a must and should have experience creating a presentations for targetted population.
