JOB RESPONSIILITIES:

• Conduct sourcing analysis to refine strategies, aligning with business objectives and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Lead and drive process improvement initiatives across sourcing and procurement to enhance efficiency and ROI.
• Utilize data analytics to evaluate supplier performance, inform sourcing decisions, and monitor the effectiveness of process improvements.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to understand sourcing demands, troubleshoot challenges, and provide actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive reports on sourcing activities, identifying key trends and opportunities for further improvement.

JOB REQUIEREMENTS:

• Proven experience in business process analysis and improvement, particularly within sourcing, procurement, or payables.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of using data to improve business outcomes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across teams and influencing change.
