• Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions that enhance operational procedures and reduce costs.
• Utilize Excel, Google Sheets, and other tools to crunch numbers, build pivot tables, and derive actionable insights to support process improvement efforts.
• Oversee and coordinate multiple simultaneous projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope and, Functional knowledge of Coupa to facilitate better communication with sourcing teams..
• Leverage knowledge of sourcing processes to interact effectively with sourcing teams, even though direct sourcing activities are not part of the role.
• Work closely with finance, technology, and customer success teams to support total cost of ownership (TCO) projects and other strategic initiatives.

• Proven track record in process improvement, preferably with experience in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to perform data analysis, create pivot tables, and derive insights
• Understanding of Sourcing and Procurement process
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and work independently to drive projects to completion.
