Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and utilize contracting tools and contract repositories effectively.
- Build and optimize contract process flows for various complexity levels.
- Respond promptly to requests, gathering necessary information to resolve cases.
- Troubleshoot, drive and implement creative solutions and fixes.
- Demonstrate customer-centric communication skills with colleagues, clients, and customers.
- Experience in configuring updating custom objects, fields, conditional logic, and user access permissions.
- Knowledge of end-to-end legal contracting processes including generation, negotiations, and repositories.
- Proficiency in contract lifecycle management tools such as Ariba, Conga, or iCertis.
