Job Summary:

This role demands strong communication and analytical skills to manage detailed technical and functional requirements in the Canadian mutual funds conversion and trading areas. The candidate will contribute significantly to both current and future state process optimizations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Document current and future state process flows in mutual funds trading and conversion areas.
- Analyze and define detailed technical functional and nonfunctional requirements.
- Ensure compliance with FundSERV ESG standards related to mutual fund trading.
- Communicate effectively across teams to facilitate clear understanding of process and requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying and addressing gaps in mutual funds trading and conversion workflows.
Must-Have Skills:
- Expertise in documentation and process flow mapping.
- Strong understanding of mutual fund trading and settlement flows.
- Advanced knowledge of finance, particularly in mutual funds and FundSERV standards.
Industry Experience Required:
- Experience in the Canadian mutual funds industry, with a preference for candidates holding financial certifications such as CIM, CSC, CFA.
