Primary Skills:  Business process/ Data Analyst,  IVR, Telephony routing skills, Working knowledge of Genesys/ Contact center business/ Aspect configuration
Duration: 6+ Months (Conversion to FTE possible) - (Remote work possible)
Contract Type: W2 Only  

 
Open to candidates willing to relocate with their own funding.
Remote work: No remote out the gate. If the candidate needs a day here or there to work from home, they may be able to accommodate. But until that person is working independently and outside of training, that person will be required to be on site at Corona Daily.

Key Responsibilities: Candidates needs do have the business / data analyst experience combined with telephony and IVR. HM would like to see exploration of new technologies and experience working on business cases.   Internal call routing configuration, troubleshooting, consulting, department education, administration in other systems. Work cohesively to ensure that members get the same treatment and message nation-wide.

This is for the Business application group- run from individual configuration and application design. Genesys is the tool this team uses for routing and changes. The team owns this tool and utilizes the IVR design, but does not perform the actual coding. If an issues is identified and cannot be resolved internally, this group creates a ticket with the third party to take care of. They are looking for a self-starter, strategic thinker and want someone to help enhance the member experience - key is that it must be consistent nationwide.

The team is business IT unit - fills the gap between IT and business. Someone from an administrative telephony experience, working with these applications and call routing is what they are looking for. It' s not a reporting job really, but it does get into the configuration as they are advising reporting that this type of call should be querying this specific route.
Network admin would not be a good fit. Need someone to look at the configuration of the software not someone that can and will change the software.
Genesys is ideal experience. There is some work in aspect, but in workforce management. An awareness of aspect is great, but not necessary.
