JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide detailed recommendations for how Box can be reconfigured and optimized to better serve the needs of the business, improve end user experience and increased adoption
- Play a critical role in building and sustaining business partner relationships while driving the adoption of the Box product and platform
- Lead training for internal employees focused on supported platforms and products.
- OneDrive/SharePoint from a collaboration tools perspective
- A strong background in requirements analysis, communication with stakeholders, experienced in understanding business processes/user needs along with technical background in collaboration tools
- As a Box Solutions Architect, you need a thorough understanding of O365, Box and other platforms including Microsoft SharePoint, Zoom, and MS Teams
- 5 8+ years of development experience creating enterprise solutions
- Ability to assist and guide with Box best practices and standards
- Ability to effectively present product and/or solution information to both a technical and non-technical audience.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and related experience.
