We are seeking a detailed-oriented Compliance Officer for our US Registrations team within the Investments & Corporate Banking line of business. The candidate will collaborate with senior associates to manage regulatory governance projects, ensuring BMO and client requirements are adhered to. This position offers an immediate start, a duration of 4 months with possibilities of extension and conversion to full-time employment, within the vibrant city of Chicago.

- Registering individuals for BMO roles in accordance with Client requirements.
- Monitoring and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of registrations, licenses,
- Tracking and following up on outstanding compliance requirements.
- Managing ad hoc Client inquiries efficiently.
- Analyzing and interpreting data downloads to support compliance efforts.
- 5+ years of experience within Security, Compliance, and Regulatory Governance.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask and think outside the box for strategic problem-solving.
