Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced PLM BOM Engineering Specialist to enhance our team. The ideal candidate will manage and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs) within the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system, coordinate project tasks related to product information (BOM and Change Management), and ensure data integrity and accuracy. This role involves intensive collaboration with stakeholders to manage product changes and NPI processes efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, create, and maintain BOMs within the PLM system, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Perform phase/gate reviews, prepare content for BOM reviews during NPI phases, and manage post-review actions.
• Take full responsibility for change management, including defining and creating ECRs, ECOs, MCOs, DEVs, and STPs.
• Coordinate project tasks around BOM and change management with minimal supervision and maintain schedules for product information release.
• Conduct periodic reviews and updates to product data management approval matrixes and workflows within the PLM system.

Must-Have Skills:

• Deep knowledge and experience in Oracle Agile PLM.
• Strong experience in BOM Management and Configuration Change Control.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and requirements.

Required Domain Experience:

• Prior experience in a high-tech industry is preferred, highlighting a strong technical understanding of product structure, processes, and NPI processes.
