The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to define analytical needs and deliver comprehensive reports and systems to capture key business metrics. Guidance to junior data analysts may be required on occasion.

Experience in go-to-market and marketing analytics, specifically in feature adoption propensity, customer health scoring, and next best action models, is highly desirable.

- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and predictive modeling to inform business decisions.
- Develop and manage BI reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau and Excel.
- Engage directly with stakeholders to understand and meet their data analysis needs.
- Assist in the development and implementation of systems capturing essential business operation data.
- Support the creation of ETL/data pipelines for analytics purposes.
- Expertise in SQL for complex data manipulation and analysis.
- Proficiency in Python for data analysis and modeling.
- Experience with BI/visualization tools (Tableau or similar).
