JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform daily sales operations tasks including reporting, user management, and resolving system bugs.
- Manage sales database integrity by handling inactive records, duplicates, and account ownership.
- Create automatic reports to identify and rectify issues in various sales motions.
- Develop best practices for sales operations, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Directly work with clients to identify and fulfill analytical needs, enhancing sales performance and efficiency.
- 5+ years in data analysis/data science/sales operations, particularly within a technology or sales-driven domain.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce reporting and analytics.
- Strong command of SQL and data visualization tools like Tableau or QuickSight.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to take initiative.
