The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, employing advanced analytical techniques to create compelling data narratives for senior leadership and foster data-driven decision-making. This role includes the creation of dashboards, scorecards, and conducting deep-dive analyses to track campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Design and execute measurement strategies to assess the impact of marketing campaigns, generating actionable insights for optimization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define business questions, identify data solutions, and support data-driven decisions throughout campaign phases.
- Utilize statistical analysis, explanatory analysis, and predictive modeling for in-depth business analysis.
- Develop dashboards and scorecards to monitor campaign performance, facilitating discussions and accelerating the decision-making process.
- Compile and present reports to senior leadership, highlighting areas of growth and opportunities.
- Proven experience in analyzing paid media campaigns and knowledge of advanced statistical analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python for data pipeline construction and ETL processes.
- Ability to manipulate and analyze large, complex datasets to derive insights.
