Job Summary:
We are looking for a Business Data Analyst who is well-versed in A/B tests, data analytics, and visualization techniques, particularly using SQL ETL and Tableau. The ideal candidate will conduct in-depth analyses to develop insights, recommendations, and actionable strategies to improve business operations. This role involves working closely with both internal and external clients to understand and define analytical needs and may include mentoring less experienced analysts.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform A/B testing and employ randomized controlled experimentation to analyze business operations.
Develop, construct and maintain ETL/data pipelines and perform SQL queries.
Generate ad hoc reports and data visualizations using Tableau.
Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to provide actionable insights.
Work directly with stakeholders to define requirements and project objectives, occasionally guiding junior analysts.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Proficient in A/B testing, SQL, and Tableau for data analysis and visualization.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.
Experience with paid marketing channels and software technology is preferred.
