JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Automation Engineer to join our remote team across the US. The ideal candidate will leverage SOAR technologies to enhance incident response and triage within a SOC environment, developing automated solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness for our analysts. You will be instrumental in building key metrics for the automation engineering team and enabling faster decision-making and response actions.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Implement SOAR automation to support SOC incident response and triage.
Develop automated solutions for repetitive tasks encountered by security analysts.
Facilitate faster decision-making and response actions for analysts and responders.
Create key metrics to track and support the automation engineering efforts.
Leverage experience with Python and analytics tools (e.g., PowerBI) to enhance security team capabilities.
Proficiency in SOAR technologies (e.g., Splunk SOAR, Tines, Swimlane).
Strong background in Python scripting.
Solid understanding of cyber security engineering, specifically within automation solution development.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
2 years of experience in cyber security engineering roles.
Certificates related to SOAR or automation are advantageous.
