Contract Type:  W2 Only
Duration:  6+ Months
Location: SFO, CA (#LI - Onsite)
Pay Range: $18-$22/Hr. on W2


Job Summary:
This role is responsible for the end-to-end technical setup and operation of AV equipment for various corporate events. You will also be tasked with daily AV system checks and providing technical support for workplace hardware. A key part of the job involves collaborating with internal teams and ensuring all audio-visual needs are met for both daily operations and high-profile events.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up, test, and operate all AV equipment for meetings and events.
  • Manage control booth technology for dedicated event spaces.
  • Meet with event hosts to confirm technical needs and conduct rehearsals.
  • Perform regular checks on conference room AV systems for functionality.
  • Respond to and resolve escalated IT/AV tickets.

 

Must-Have Skills:
  • 2-4 years of corporate event/AV production experience.
  • Strong technical knowledge of corporate AV systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex AV issues.

Industry Experience:
Experience in corporate event support and audio-visual production is required for this position.
