Contract Type: W2
Duration: 9 Months
Location: Wilsonville, OR - 97070 (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $22 - $26 per hour on W2

Job Summary: 
Primarily responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and managing appointments/work orders digitally. Focuses on data entry, calendar management, workflow updates, and communication with internal teams.
More administrative/coordination-focused with lighter technical requirements. Ensures accurate scheduling, timely updates, and smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Experience with digital scheduling, resource coordination, or crew scheduling.
  • Ability to schedule field crews while ensuring flaggers, permits, barricades, resources, and customer appointments are in place.
  • Strong organizational skills; must manage multiple moving parts.
  • Excellent note-taking, retention, and follow-through (critical due to past performance issues).
  • Comfortable working in multiple systems (QuickBase + email + internal tools).
  • Strong communication and customer coordination experience.
 
Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proven experience in coordination and multitasking under tight deadlines.
 
Industry Experience:
  • Prior experience or knowledge in forestry, environmental science, natural resources, or related regulatory environments is preferred.
