JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytically skilled remote Associate Sales Operations Analyst to join our team across the US. This role focuses on supporting our sales teams by providing accurate analytics for better management of selling efforts, collaborating with stakeholders to improve sales processes, and assisting with sales forecasting and pipeline reporting in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively under tight deadlines.
- Provide timely sales analytics to sales reps and managers, including pipeline analysis and sales results.
- Identify and solve problem areas within the sales organization in collaboration with sales operations and managers.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure a smooth business flow and successful deal closures.
- Support sales teams by managing internal data entry processes and assisting with end-of-quarter sales efforts.
- Plan and implement projects for optimal account and territory selection for future sales team planning.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent analytical and advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and data analysis.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to maintain cross-functional relationships.
- Experience with sales and reporting systems, e.g., Salesforce.com and PowerBI.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Math, or Statistics.
