This role may require travel to business meetings and events and requires reliable transportation to do so. If a hire chooses to drive with customers as their passengers or for other business reasons, hires must be in possession and maintain a valid driver’s license.

We are seeking a Network Security Specialist to join our team , to provide technical expertise on Next Generation Firewall technologies and drive product adoption through innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to develop and implement security solutions, ensuring our clients maximize their investment. The role involves being a customer advocate, partner with account teams for high-visibility technical account planning, and ensuring operational success of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise on NGFW technologies, maximizing products' potential for customers and partners.
- Develop, integrate, and implement network security and endpoint solutions in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
- Serve as a customer advocate, influencing the product roadmap and leveraging new features for innovative use cases.
- Ensure rapid achievement of security objectives by operationalizing solutions for customer investment maximization.
- Deliver high-visibility, high-touch delivery strategy, technical account planning, and product-level success plans in partnership with account teams.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven experience with network security engineering, operations, support, or related service roles.
- Working knowledge of Palo Alto Networks NGFW security platforms and Enterprise network products.
- Certifications: CCIE, CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, or similar Network Security certifications.
Industry Experience:
- Previous experience in the network security domain is highly desirable.
