Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Art Director to lead our gaming brand campaigns, reporting directly to the Global Head of Brand & Creative. This role is pivotal in conceptualizing and executing creative strategies that elevate our brand, ensuring consistency and originality across global platforms. The successful candidate will be a driving force in advertising, creative, and content initiatives, aiming to distinguish in the market and foster greater connection with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and integrate a creative vision that aligns with company's brand strategy, working across various teams and units.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all global platforms, delivering a unified and compelling consumer experience.
  • Direct and design integrated ecosystems for global brand and product campaigns.
  • Lead complex projects with significant impact, overseeing ideation, production, and delivery on a global scale.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional partners to bring exciting, iconic creative campaigns to life.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Exceptional portfolio showcasing strategic, big idea-driven work in gaming and B2C; B2B is a plus.
  • Expertise in crafting high-quality creative content across a range of media, including video, social, and digital.
  • Proven ability to inspire teams, articulate creative strategies effectively, and drive innovative advertising solutions.
Industry Experience:
  • 5+ years in creative and marketing with significant brand-side experience, especially in gaming or related fields.
  • Solid experience in production and post-production processes, with a thorough understanding of video, CG, photography, and digital platforms.
  • A strong grasp of current design, advertising trends, and a dedication to producing culturally resonant work.
