Pay Range: $90 - $95 per hour

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Beacon Application Analyst to support the development of new research protocols within our Epic system, focusing on pharmacy operations. This role demands collaboration with various teams to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant protocol designs. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing patient care through advanced research protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and optimize Beacon research protocols in Epic.
  • Collaborate with pharmacy, clinical, and research teams to translate protocol requirements into functional system designs.
  • Ensure alignment with institutional, regulatory, and Epic best practices.
  • Participate in testing, validation, and go-live support for research-related workflows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to research protocol functionality.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proven experience with Epic Beacon; certification strongly preferred.
  • Background in pharmacy or clinical research pharmacy strongly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
Domain Experience Required:
Experience in healthcare or clinical research domain, particularly involving pharmacy operations and oncology or investigational drug services.
