Pay Range: $80 - $85 per hour
Job Summary:
We are seeking an Epic ASAP Application Analyst to join our dynamic team, focusing on the installation, upgrade, and support of healthcare applications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating operational workflows, creating system specifications from user requirements, and providing comprehensive support for new and existing applications. This role involves significant collaboration with users to improve application functionality and performance. Need Epic ASAP Expertise, Project Leadership, Workflow Analysis, Application Testing, Communication - Advanced.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install new applications, upgrade existing ones, and provide go-live and rollout support.
- Analyze user requirements to create system specifications and test plans.
- Provide application troubleshooting and support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Design database queries and create reports to support operational decisions.
- Maintain accurate and current documentation for all supported applications.
Must-Have Skills:
- Advanced knowledge and certification in Epic ASAP
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Industry Experience Required:
- Clinical or Healthcare domain experience is highly preferred, with a solid understanding of healthcare workflows and operations.
