Pay Range: $40 - $45 per hour
JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a diligent Application Support Analyst for a migration project focusing on transferring files from multiple locations to SharePoint, primarily involving Finance or Tax Org data. The successful candidate will be responsible for locating data across various teams, migrating them to SharePoint, and handling any arising issues independently. This role requires someone with at least 1 year of experience working with SharePoint as a Developer and strong capabilities in incident management and EA (Enterprise Application) system support.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with multiple teams to locate and migrate data to SharePoint.
- Independently move files, address issues, and retrieve files as needed.
- Provide Level 2 Incident Management support for Enterprise Application modules.
- Debug and resolve production support or business process issues.
- Coordinate the promotion of code/configuration changes to the production environment after Quality Control and User Acceptance sign-off.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in SharePoint development and management.
- Strong experience in data migration and management.
- Ability to provide incident management support and resolve EA functional errors.
