Job Summary: Lead complex, cross-functional Anaplan and planning technology initiatives from inception to optimization. This role will drive roadmap development, governance, and stakeholder alignment to enhance financial planning and forecasting capabilities. The objective is to streamline the planning landscape, improve governance, and centralize business logic within an integrated technology ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of Anaplan and related planning technology projects.
  • Evaluate and integrate new or complementary technology solutions for the planning ecosystem.
  • Streamline the current planning landscape, reducing model sprawl and enhancing governance.
  • Collaborate with FP&A teams to define requirements, scope, and success metrics.
  • Develop and manage integrated project plans, including risks, dependencies, and executive reporting.
Must-Have Skills:
  • Hands-on Anaplan support and collaboration with model builders/FP&A.
  • Understanding of financial planning cycles, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Experience managing cross-functional technology initiatives within finance.
Industry Experience:
  • Domain / Industry Experience: Experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) operations and technology implementations is highly preferred.
