Pay Range: $100 - $110 per hour 

This role may require travel to business meetings and events and requires reliable transportation to do so. If a hire chooses to drive with customers as their passengers or for other business reasons, hires must be in possession and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Financial and Supply Chain Modeling Analyst to collaborate with our teams in the US and India to develop comprehensive Pigment models. This role focuses on creating models for various sectors, including Finance (covering Revenue, COGS, COS, Long-range Planning) and Supply Chain (encompassing Demand Forecasting, Supply, and component forecasting), as well as for our Sales department. The ideal candidate will work out of our Santa Clara office in a hybrid setting, contributing to the consolidation and enhancement of our modeling capabilities to support decision-making and strategic planning across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine Pigment models for Finance, including Revenue, COGS, COS, and Long-range Planning.
  • Create accurate Supply Chain models, focusing on Demand Forecasting, Supply, and component forecasting.
  • Work closely with both the US and India teams to ensure models are tailored to specific needs and objectives.
  • Implement Sales models to analyze and predict sales trends, contributing to more efficient sales strategies.
  • Continuously update and improve models based on evolving business needs and feedback from stakeholders.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proficient in Anaplan (Level 3 or higher).
  • Solid understanding of Finance and Supply Chain principles.
  • Ability to perform forecasting and sales analysis.

Industry Experience:

  • Experience in modeling for finance and supply chain within any industry will be beneficial, highlighting a versatile skill set in creating and managing complex analytical models for diverse business functions
