Duration:  4+ Months
Location: Sunnyvale, CA (5 Days Onsite)
Pay Range: $45 - $50 Per Hour

Job Summary:
This role focuses on leveraging data analytics to enhance the Marketplace Payments Business team's Internal Working Capital initiative. The successful candidate will mine large volumes of data for insights, build and manage seller engagement strategies, and work cross-functionally to drive program adoption and operational execution. As part of a data-savvy team, this position plays a crucial role in using data insights to inform strategies and drive business outcomes within our marketplace.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize Mixpanel insights for developing and executing the right seller engagement and GTM strategies for internal capital programs.
  • Generate data-driven insights to position various internal capital programs, driving their adoption.
  • Manage overall operations for publishing new offers to sellers, including email outreach to both sellers and account managers.
  • Collaborate with the data science and analytics team for ad-hoc analysis and strategic planning.
  • Design and build reports, scorecards, and dashboards to monitor program performance and inform decisions
Must-Have Skills:
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and insight generation.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Looker).
  • Strong execution skills to translate insights into actionable business strategies.
