JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will be instrumental in analyzing current processes (As-is), designing future state processes (To-be), and ensuring the efficient implementation and evaluation of process changes. The role focuses on enhancing business operations through meticulous process examination, testing, and feedback collection, aiming for optimal performance and efficiency.

• Analyze and compare current vs future process designs to identify necessary changes.
• Design and manage updates to business processes.
• Document and analyze business rules governing processes.
• Test processes to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.
• Monitor and measure process effectiveness, identifying inefficiencies for improvement.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-2 years of experience in process consulting focusing on the business end.
• Proven leadership skills and experience in conducting workshops.
• Proficiency in writing procedures and in-depth knowledge of process mapping.
