Pay Range: $50 - $55 Per Hour. on W2

Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Agile Program Manager to lead our Platform Infrastructure organization's initiatives, focusing on cloud expansion, platform upgrades, and infrastructure scalability. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth execution, alignment across various teams, and delivery of high-value infrastructure projects. This remote position is catered to those located in California, Chicago, or Canada, aiming to drive predictability, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, technical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Orchestrate planning and execution of infrastructure programs across Platform Engineering teams.
  • Ensure timely communication and coordination among infrastructure teams, addressing risks, blockers, and dependencies effectively.
  • Provide consistent program status updates, focusing on key milestones, risks, and delivery predictability.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies to enhance delivery health and scope alignment.
  • Maintain strong relationships with engineering, TPMs, and operational stakeholders to ensure platform consistency and health.

Must-Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of Agile Program Management or equivalent experience in a cloud, platform engineering, or DevOps context.
  • Proficiency with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills.

Preferred Industry Experience:
Experience in cloud infrastructure, platform engineering, or DevOps environments; additionally, a background in managing scalability, performance, or cloud expansion programs is beneficial.

This role mandates a minimum bachelor's degree level of education.
