Job Description

Contract Type:  W2
Duration:  6+ Months 
Location: Remote
Pay Range: $90-$100/hr. on W2

Job Summary:

This role will drive strategic product and business decisions for the Guest App through advanced data analysis and experimentation. You will translate complex data into actionable insights and develop reporting tools to guide stakeholders. The position requires a deep understanding of statistical methods to influence product iteration and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze large datasets to identify key trends and patterns.
  • Design and interpret experiments to measure feature impact.
  • Develop and implement performance metrics for product and business.
  • Build reporting tools to empower data-driven decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Proven experience in advanced analytics or product data science.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and a programming language like Python or R.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience in a fast-paced technology environment, particularly with consumer-facing applications, is highly preferred.
