JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Develop and support the creation of data insights through cross-functional partnerships.
- Recommend, develop, and maintain privacy-focused OKRs and KPIs.
- Automate and structure manual processes for efficiency and clarity.
- Create ongoing views and dashboards to develop experience-based data stories.
- Conduct in-depth data projects to enhance the experiential understanding of stakeholders or teams.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analytics focusing on operations scalability and optimization.
- Expertise in SQL and proficiency in either Python or R for data analysis.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and driving data views and analysis for business decisions.
