Our client is seeking an Accounting Manager to manage day-to-day operations, lead accounting transformation projects, and support M&A integration from an accounting perspective.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute monthly, quarterly and annual financial close processes.
- Manage lease accounting processes and controls under ASC 842.
- Participate in redesigning the forecast model of fringe benefit.
- Drive process improvements and lead exciting accounting transformation projects.
- Manage annual audit.
Must-have Skills:
- 10 years of accounting experience in multinational tech companies.
- Deep understanding of ASC 842 and experience in SAP.
- CPA.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and prioritization skills.
