JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- We are seeking a diligent Accounting Assistant to oversee and maintain our Procure to Pay relationship with assigned vendor accounts.
- The ideal candidate will engage in various responsibilities including EDI invoice troubleshooting, credit memo analysis, claims creation, vendor statement reconciliation, and responding promptly to vendor communications.
- Ensuring a 48-hour turnaround on active invoice issues, you will be instrumental in keeping our financial operations running smoothly.
- Maintenance of EDI invoice troublebox.
- Review and research of credit memos.
- Creation of shortage and/or pricing claims.
- Acquisition and final reconciliation of vendor statements.
- Prompt response to vendor calls/emails and diligent research for proof of delivery.
- Proven experience in Procure to Pay processes.
