This hybrid role, based in our San Jose office for three days a week, involves partnering with internal stakeholders, assisting with mergers and acquisitions, and supporting external reporting requirements. The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in accounting principles, demonstrate a meticulous attention to detail, and thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research, resolve, and document accounting issues ensuring compliance with SEC and GAAP requirements.
- Assess and implement new accounting standards and pronouncements.
- Partner cross-functionally for accurate accounting of complex transactions.
- Provide assistance on ad hoc projects, manage accounting policies updates, and coordinate relevant project meetings.
- Assist with mergers and acquisitions, including valuation, accounting, integration, and documentation.
- Expertise in US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
- Strong analytical ability and proficiency in accounting research.
- Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Preference for candidates with 6+ years of relevant experience, including Big 4 public accounting firm exposure.
- BA/BS in Finance/Accounting required; active CPA certification is a significant advantage.
