We are seeking a UX Researcher with a passion for accessibility to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting accessibility research studies through a variety of methods, including usability studies and participatory design, and will collaborate closely with our UX team and engineering stakeholders to plan, execute, and convey research insights. This role demands a detail-oriented individual with a strong foundation in human-computer interaction or related fields, and a keen interest in accessibility and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing and coordinating user research activities.
- Planning and conducting study sessions and interviews.
- Administering interviews and taking notes during sessions.
- Analyzing qualitative data and communicating findings to the team.
- Assisting in the creation of comprehensive reports and presentations.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong foundation in UX research methods.
- Excellent communication and data analysis skills.
- Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and adapt to changing schedules.
Industry Experience:
- Prior experience or interest in the field of accessibility and/or inclusion is preferred.
