Job Summary:
We are seeking a UX Researcher with a passion for accessibility to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting accessibility research studies through a variety of methods, including usability studies and participatory design, and will collaborate closely with our UX team and engineering stakeholders to plan, execute, and convey research insights. This role demands a detail-oriented individual with a strong foundation in human-computer interaction or related fields, and a keen interest in accessibility and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and coordinating user research activities.
  • Conduct cross-cultural UX research to analyze user behaviors, preferences, and accessibility needs across diverse global markets, ensuring culturally inclusive design solutions.
  • Design and execute multilingual surveys and international usability studies, leveraging insights to optimize product experiences for users from different regions and cultural backgrounds.
  • Administering interviews and taking notes during sessions.
  • Analyzing qualitative data and communicating findings to the team.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong foundation in UX research methods.
  • Experience in Internationalization (i18n) or Cross-cultural surveying. 
  • Excellent communication and data analysis skills.
  • Ability to work independently on multiple tasks and adapt to changing schedules.

Industry Experience:

  • Prior experience or interest in the field of accessibility and/or inclusion is preferred.
