Contract Type:  W2 Only
Duration:  6+ Months
Location: Oakland, CA (#LI - Remote)
Pay Range: $90-$95/Hr. on W2

Job Summary:
This role involves designing, developing, and deploying cloud-native applications and backend services on AWS. You will build robust solutions for web applications, integrate APIs, and create efficient batch-processing systems. The position requires a strong understanding of serverless technologies and the ability to deliver production-ready code independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cloud-native applications and backend services.
  • Build and manage serverless architectures using AWS services.
  • Integrate various APIs and create RESTful web services.
  • Design and implement batch-processing solutions.
  • Ensure the security and scalability of cloud infrastructure.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
  • Proven ability in serverless application development.

Industry Experience:
Experience in the utility sector is preferred, particularly with an understanding of market and credit risk financial functions and terminology.
