Location: SFO, CA (#LI - Remote)
Pay Range: $75-80/Hr. on W2


Job Summary:
This role seeks a Senior Software Engineer to drive AI adoption within HR, Talent, and Recruiting, transforming operations into an "AI-Native" company. You will identify, prototype, and scale high-impact AI automation solutions, ensuring tangible ROI from ideation to production. Success requires strategic thinking, technical expertise, and exceptional cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with HR and Talent teams to identify AI automation opportunities and translate business challenges into AI use cases.
  • Design and iterate on functional AI prototypes using GenAI techniques, including LLMs and Agentic AI, in Python, Golang, Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
  • Evolve prototypes into scalable, secure, production-grade AI solutions through cross-functional collaboration.
  • Provide guidance on AI capabilities, responsible AI usage, prompt engineering, and strategic AI integration.
  • Pilot AI solutions with stakeholders, gather feedback, iterate, and support adoption to demonstrate value.

Must-Have Skills:
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with at least 6 months in applied AI or Generative AI.
  • Proven expertise in designing, building, and scaling production services with strong system design and coding skills.
  • Hands-on experience with AI platforms, LLM capabilities, and agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph) using Python.
