JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- We are seeking a dedicated customer Centric marketing Manager, specifically designed for individuals passionate about enhancing customer success and advocating for the construction industry's growth.
- This role involves supporting the execution of strategic customer programs that significantly contribute to retention marketing efforts and overall customer advocacy. Ideal candidates will be excited to facilitate meaningful engagement by leveraging their skills in marketing, communication, and program management to drive Autodesk's vision forward in the construction sector.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Assist in executing comprehensive customer advocacy programs, including advocate tracking and award programs.
- Manage the creation and distribution of the internal advocate newsletter.
- Maintain the internal customer quote and logo libraries with up-to-date entries.
- Support the orchestration of customer-centric programs for Autodesk’s principal industry conference, Autodesk University.
- Collaborate with the Customer Advocacy Program Manager to implement strategic initiatives aimed at boosting customer engagement and loyalty.
- Proven experience in customer Centric marketing, with a minimum of 2 years
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with stakeholders and the customer community.
- A customer-first mindset, prioritizing customer needs and satisfaction in every project initiative.
- Construction Industry background Preferred
